14. An Apple or Android cell phone is required for secondary code verification

EMPLOYMENT:

You are Self Employed so the amount of revenue you earn is up to you. Arise clients pay rates range from 11 - $16 per hour. Some Arise clients have hours for CSPs to service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Arise Client pay rates will be made available to you prior to your enrolling in a Client Certification class.

Fees:

Our Nurse2writer-wessmanenterprises LLC IBO service fee is a flat $50 per service period. You are also responsible for the Arise bi-monthly service fee of 5% of total earnings. Pay is twice monthly. Client pays our business, our business pays you.

When asked if you were referred to Arise by someone, please fill in our CSP ID 4149240, and the name Susan Wessman, owner of N2W will populate. Choose N2W as your IBO. Enter our IBID number in the search box (584810) and click the search box magnifying glass, then click submit.

Select a client program to service & complete their certification course. At some point during registration ( and BEFORE you have selected a client) you will be required to take the Harver Assessment, which is a pass or fail. If you fail, you cannot retake it. This assessment is timed - 6 seconds. Your score determines what client you can enroll in. If you pass and allowed to enroll, you can only choose one client. If you change your mind, you must withdraw from that client before certification starts. If you drop AFTER certification/training starts, you will not be able to enroll in another client for 90 days, so choose wisely. If you want assistance with selecting a good client, let me know.
